The following precautions should be taken when using a stainless steel sorting machine:
1. Equipment inspection: Before starting the machine, check whether each component is tightened, whether there is any looseness or damage, whether the transmission belt is tight enough, whether the lubrication parts are lacking oil, whether the circuit system is normal, and ensure that there are no safety hazards such as leakage.
2. Material preparation: The material needs to be pre-processed in advance to remove particles and debris that are too large or too small to avoid clogging or damaging the equipment. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the material is fed evenly to avoid excessive or too small feed volume, which will affect the sorting effect.
3. Operation: The stainless steel sorting machine should be started according to the operating procedures, first run it at no load, and then feed it after the equipment is stable. During operation, the operating status of the equipment should be closely observed. If abnormal sounds, vibrations or temperature increases are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
4. Maintenance: Clean the equipment regularly, remove adhered materials and dust, and check and replace wearing parts such as screens and conveyor belts in a timely manner. Lubrication, calibration and other maintenance work should also be carried out according to the prescribed cycle and requirements to extend the service life of the equipment.
