It uses high-pressure electrostatic technology to separate aluminum foil from plastic clearly. The separation rate is 98%. It makes pure aluminum and plastic small pieces, so these resources can be reused. The equipment uses little energy and makes low noise. Working Principle

The Aluminum Plastic Panel Separation Equipments generates a high-voltage electric field via a high-voltage electrostatic generator. Its φ273*2 mm grounded rotating roller operates at high speed, and crushed aluminum-plastic composite materials are evenly spread onto the roller surface through a feeding system. As a conductor, aluminum foil quickly discharges upon contact with the roller and is thrown to the metal outlet by the roller's inertia; the plastic substrate, a non-conductor, adheres to the roller surface and is swept into the plastic outlet by a brush after rotation. A small amount of unseparated material falls into the recycling port for re-sorting to ensure purity.

Note: Aluminum-plastic composite materials must be crushed to a particle size of ≤5mm. The Aluminum Plastic Panel Separation Equipments are φ273*2 mm roller design is specially optimized for sorting this particle size.

Operating Environment Requirements

To make it work steadily, please check that your site meets these requirements first:

1.Ambient temperature: -10℃ to 45℃. Don’t use it for a long time in hot and damp places (air humidity ≤85%, no water drops).

2.Power: 380V±10% three-phase electricity, 50Hz. You need a separate grounding wire (grounding resistance ≤4Ω).

3.Site requirements: The Aluminum Plastic Panel Separation Equipments must be placed on a level and solid surface with a ground load capacity of ≥500kg/㎡; reserve ≥1.5m of operating and maintenance space around the machine.

4.Ventilation requirements: It is recommended to install the equipment in a well-ventilated workshop to prevent the accumulation of trace ozone generated during high-voltage electrostatic operation (pure physical sorting, no harmful gases; ventilation optimizes the operating environment).
