Product Instructions:

1.Before turning on the device power, please check the power supply, wiring, and all components, ensure that it is in normal working condition.

2.Start the host and run it without load for 1-2 minutes first. After confirming that there is no abnormal noise or vibration, start the feeding device.

3.Monitor sorting performance during operation, adjust voltage and feed speed according to material characteristics, ensure uniform feeding and prevent material jamming.

4.When industrial mixed plastics electrostatic separator stops, stop feeding first,  after all the materials inside the machine are discharged, turn off each system in order and finally cut off the main power supply.

5.At the end of each shift, clean the sorting drum of dust and debris, and regularly lubricate the bearings, check the wiring and fasteners.Thereby extending the service life of the equipment.
