Non-metallic materials such as plastics directly fall naturally without induction, thus realizing accurate separation.

Equipment Maintenance and Upkeep

1. The equipment shall be dusted regularly; Internal components and external surfaces should be cleaned by high-pressure air flow or brush to prevent dirt, dust and other sundries from being sucked into the conveyor belt and magnetic roller, thus causing failure.

2. During operation, check whether the connecting bolts are loose regularly; If the bolt is found loose, it must be tightened immediately.

3. When the multifunctional eddy current separator is not used for a long time, it should be stored in a dry and ventilated place.

4. If the equipment detects any abnormal sound during use, it must stop running immediately to check whether there is abnormality or damage to all components; Once the damage is found, the damaged parts should be replaced in time.

5. Wear-prone parts (especially conveyor belts) should be monitored frequently. Once signs of wear are found, they should be replaced immediately to avoid interrupting the operation.
