Pulse Bag Filter

The pulse bag filter uses fabric filter bags to separate dust from the incoming air. Its operation consists of two main processes: filtration and pulse-jet cleaning.

1. Filtering stage:Dust-laden air enters the filter housing and passes through the filter bags. Dust particles are retained on the filter media, while the filtered air flows into the clean-air chamber and exits through the outlet. The exact airflow direction depends on the filter bag design.

2.Pulse-Jet Cleaning Stage：As dust accumulates on the filter bags, the pressure drop across the filter increases. When the preset cleaning threshold is reached, the control system activates the solenoid pulse valves to release short bursts of compressed air. The pulses dislodge accumulated dust, which falls into the hopper for collection.

If the equipment uses online pulse cleaning, filtration can continue while the bags are cleaned. The actual cleaning settings and operating sequence should be confirmed according to the supplied configuration.
