Working Principle

Fully Automatic Stainless Steel Sorting Machines takes the strong magnetic force of Ru-Fe-B as the core, and the magnetic force reaches 10,000-15,000 gauss. After the materials are evenly spread on the PU conveyor belt by the vibrating feeder and enter the high-intensity magnetic sorting area, according to the magnetic conductivity difference, iron and stainless steel (types 201, 304 and 316) are separated from the corresponding outlets, and non-metallic materials are discharged from the third outlet, and the whole process is purely physical sorting, thus completing the sorting efficiently.
