 Daily Maintenance:

1. When the equipment is not in operation, promptly clean the conveyor belt, sorting bin, and discharge port to remove residual plastic debris and impurities to avoid accumulation and blockage.

2. It is strictly forbidden to directly wash the inside of the stainless steel integrated sorting machine with water to avoid short circuits or magnetic core corrosion.

3. Regularly tighten bolts, nuts, and other components to prevent abnormal vibration or other structural damage.

4. The equipment should be placed in a dry, well-ventilated environment, avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high humidity.

5. Do not strike or impact the cylinder, as this may deform the cylinder and affect the magnetic field distribution.

6. Regularly clean impurities from the surface of the magnetic rollers to prevent impurity buildup from affecting the sorting effect.
