Materials and Efficiency:

The industrial shredder boasts powerful material shredding capabilities thanks to its blades, made of specially treated alloy steel. This material offers high hardness, good toughness, and strong wear resistance, allowing the machine to easily process materials without easily breaking. After the material is fed into the machine, the blades continuously rotate, squeeze, and shear, gradually tearing the material into finer particles. Under normal circumstances, the output of materials with moderate density can reach tens of tons per hour.

① Fixed blades: This device primarily prevents material from tangling around the blade shaft.

Working Principle:

Advantages of dual-shaft industrial shredders:

They possess stronger shredding capabilities. The dual-shaft design allows them to withstand greater torque when processing larger or harder materials, and the blades wear more evenly, thus extending their service life and often resulting in higher output.

Precautions:

① Before starting the machine, thoroughly check that all component connections are secure, that protective devices on transmission parts are in place, and that the electrical system is functioning properly.

② The material to be shredded must be fed evenly into the feed inlet, avoiding excessive feeding at once to prevent blockages. Adjust the feed speed as needed based on actual conditions.

③ Regularly apply lubricating oil to vulnerable parts to prevent malfunctions that could affect production.
