 Maintenance:

(1)The blades need to be checked daily. If the blades are severely worn and have gaps or cracks, they should be repaired or replaced in time.

(2)The chain and belt need to be coated with a lubricating liquid to prevent dry grinding from causing breakage.

(3)The belt should be carefully checked for looseness and overturning. Replace the belt if necessary.

(4)When cleaning, water or cleaning agents should be prevented from entering the motor of the scrap material crusher to prevent short circuits.

(5)The wiring joints should be checked for looseness and aging. The motor should be checked for abnormal noise or overheating. The equipment must be grounded to prevent the risk of electric shock.
