1. Working Principle: The strong eddy current separator utilizes the physical properties between metals and electromagnetism. Under the influence of a strong magnetic field, it precisely separates pure metals and plastics from metal-plastic mixtures along different trajectories.

2. Specifications: Standard models are available in 400mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, and 1500mm diameters; power is generally 5.68-10.26 kW; output is generally 0.8-5 t/h.

3. Component Materials: The permanent magnet drum has a stable, wide-range, and strong magnetic field; the rotating drum body is made of stainless steel, which is highly corrosion-resistant, sturdy, and durable; the conveyor belt is made of wear-resistant rubber, which is tear-resistant and aging-resistant; the outer cover is made of painted metal sheet metal, which is dustproof and waterproof.

Maintenance and Care of Strong eddy Current Separators:

1. Daily Cleaning

After the machine is turned off, clean the surface and internal dust promptly to prevent dust and debris from entering between the belt and magnetic roller, which would affect the sorting effect.

2. Check the Tightness of Parts

Regularly inspect key parts, such as the nuts and bolts of the frame and bearings. If any looseness is found, tighten them promptly to prevent parts from shifting or being damaged.

3. Monitor for abnormal noises, vibrations, and temperature rise.

During operation, constantly monitor for abnormal noises or abnormal motor bearings. If any abnormality is detected, immediately stop the machine for inspection to prevent bearing jamming or magnetic roller obstruction.

4. Check current connections. 

Before operation, check that the power supply line is properly connected and that the wiring connections are making good contact to prevent short circuits or poor contact.
