The GP series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher takes an electric motor as its power source. It uses a horizontal shaft and gears to transmit power, which drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate. Then, this rotation makes the crushing wall do an eccentric oscillating motion. During crushing operations, a periodic change in the distance between the crushing wall and the jaw wall occurs, thereby achieving continuous compression and crushing of hard materials such as granite, ore, and river pebbles, completing the processing from raw materials to finished products meeting particle size requirements. The equipment adopts a modular design; the same main unit can switch between different chamber types for coarse, medium, and fine crushing simply by replacing the wear-resistant parts. Furthermore, the discharge port can be dynamically adjusted by hydraulic pressure while the equipment is running. Combined with precision-machined wear-resistant parts (no packing required for installation), this significantly simplifies operation and maintenance, making it suitable for the multi-process crushing needs of large and medium-sized sand and gravel and mining enterprises.

The production capacity figures in the table are for reference only and apply only to medium-hardness granite with a bulk density of 1.6 t/m³ when the crushing chamber is full. Reference outputs for other materials can be approximated by converting bulk density.
Different chamber types and strokes have different applicable discharge port ranges. Find the allowable discharge port size in the main parameter table and combine it with the production capacity reference. The maximum discharge will increase as the crushing wall and grinding chamber wall wear down.
