Product Description

PCZ series heavy hammer crusher is a heavy-duty equipment specially designed for limestone crushing. It uses a special structure without a grate. This structure can stop materials from getting stuck—this problem often happens in old-style crushers. With this structure, it can turn raw materials into finished products in one step directly, and these finished products meet the national standards for particle size. This series of crushers has a wide range of output. It can produce 100 to 1200 tons every hour. Its maximum output per hour can reach 1200 tons. This helps it fit different sizes of production. The crusher’s feed size can be adjusted easily based on actual operation needs. It is suitable for crushing brittle materials, like limestone, gangue and gneiss. These materials have a compressive strength of no more than 200Mpa. In terms of structure, the crusher is made up of key parts. These parts include a machine shell, a rotor, a counterattack plate, hammers, a bracket and a lining plate. The rotor has a wear-resistant ring. This ring makes the rotor last longer. It is the first in the industry to use hydraulic hammer replacement tech. This tech makes changing hammers easy and fast, cutting maintenance time and boosting equipment efficiency.

Working Principle

The motor makes the rotor spin fast via the motor pulley, V-belt and main pulley. The material that needs crushing goes into the crushing chamber through the feed port. The fast-spinning rotor makes the hammers hit the material first. The material, now with kinetic energy, hits the impact plate at high speed for secondary crushing, then either gets hit again by the hammers after rebounding or collides with other materials. As the material moves toward the movable impact plate at the bottom of the chamber, it exits the chamber under its own weight and material extrusion once its size is smaller than the gap between the hammers and movable impact plate. Discharged material is screened, and particles larger than the standard are sent back to the crusher for re-crushing.
