Dewatering Screen

The TS Series Dewatering Screen is a specialized screening device developed by Hongxu for paste-like materials. Its screen box moves in an approximate straight line, with two power options: small models driven by vibration motors, and regular models driven by ordinary motors with couplings. It supports multiple screen surface materials (stainless steel, nylon, polyurethane) and installation methods (support type, suspension type, combined type). It is mainly used for dewatering, medium removal and desliming in scenarios like tailings treatment, coal washing and water-washed quartz sand processing. It has the features of compact structure, low energy use and easy maintenance. Its specifications can also be customized to meet different project needs.

Usage Instructions

1.Pre-Operation Check: Before you start the machine, check that the screen is in good condition (no cracks or loose parts). You also need to make sure the two vibration motors run without odd sounds, and check that the support structure is steady.

2.Start-Up: You turn on the power and let the device run with no load for with no load for 1-2 minutes until it’s stable. Then you feed materials evenly; don’t add a lot of materials all at once. This can stop the screen from getting blocked.

3.Operation Monitoring: When you use the device, watch how the materials move. If they move unevenly, change the feeding speed or angle. You should keep looking at the motor temperature (it shouldn’t go over 70°C). If there’s unusual vibration or noise, stop the device right away.

4.Shutdown: Stop feeding first. After all materials on the screen are discharged, turn off the power. Clean the screen surface to remove residues and avoid blockage for next use.
