Vibrating Screen

The  Vibrating Screen (oil lubrication, maintenance-free) is a highly versatile screening equipment. It can be used for screening coarse materials after primary crushing. It can also be used as a material distribution screen and a grading screen for final products. This screen is suitable for various screening working conditions, including ultra-heavy, heavy, medium and fine screening. You can also choose to equip it with a spray system if needed. Users can choose single-layer, double-layer, three-layer or four-layer screen surfaces. The working principle of the vibrating screen is as follows: The motor drives the exciter with eccentric mass through a flexible connection. This drive makes the screen bed do periodic asymmetric reciprocating mechanical vibration. This vibration loosens the material layer on the screen surface and throws it up. Then fine-grained materials can fall through the material layer and separate through the screen holes. It also shakes out the materials stuck in the screen holes. Finally, the fine-grained materials move downward and are discharged through the screen.

3.Sturdy Structure & Stable Operation：The frame adopts ring groove cold riveting structure technology, which can prevent the vibration screen frame from loosening and deformation due to long-term work, avoiding irreparable damage. The alloy steel bearing seat is made of special steel, which is wear-resistant and not easy to deform, effectively solving the problem of frequent bearing replacement caused by bearing seat wear.

4.Adjustable Amplitude & Inclination Angle：The amplitude and inclination angle of the screen can be adjusted according to the characteristics of different materials, which can adapt to the screening needs of various materials and improve the applicability of the equipment.
